How do I apply to get my deposit back?
After you have moved out and the keys have been refunded to us you will need to close all your utility and council tax accounts and then put it an official request to for your deposit to be refunded to you.
Once you have vacated the property and the check-out appointment has been completed, you should request your deposit back by filling out the ‘Request Deposit Refund‘ form on our website: https://moultonholdings.intheloop.net/
