How to correctly report repair issues to Moulton Holdings
In order to CORRECTLY report the issue to us, you must ensure that you provide us with as much detail as possible:
- Describe in great detail what is not working
- Describe in great detail when the issue is happening
- Describe in great detail what you have done to try to fix it
- Provide as many photos of the affected appliance or the issue as possible
- Provide as much information about the affected appliance (if any) for example, the make, model, and serial number.
If you fail to correctly report the issue to us, it will result in us taking longer to repair the issue and we reserve the right to delay acting until you have correctly reported the issue to us and provided us with all of the necessary information we have requested.
