We have many helpful articles maintenance the property and the appliances which can be found here: https://support.zepartner.net/portal/en/kb/moulton-holdings
You are required to make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot and deal with issues yourselves, before reporting them to us, even if it relates to an issue that your landlord might be ultimately responsible for repairing. For example, if you have an issue with your heating system (which is the landlord's responsibility to maintain), you are still required to attempt basic troubleshooting yourself (such as topping up the boiler pressure, ensuring the heating is set correctly, etc.).
After reviewing the above table and following the relevant help article for your particular issue, if you have an issue with something that is your landlord's responsibility to deal with, please submit an official online repair report to us at https://moultonholdings.intheloop.net/report-repair.php
Remember, if you report an issue to us and it turns out to be something that you should have done yourself or it is something that is caused by your (or your visitors) actions or failure to act, then you will be liable for the contractor charges.
